We have started with Sushi by Sea since it's formation (since it was an idea on a napkin). We have attended all the pops ups, have seen the different menus, and have seen this passion turn into life. No matter what menu we get, our stomachs and hearts are always full. Every bite hits with flavor and passion. The pictures I am posting is from our dinner mid-Feb 2025. But everytime we go there, I swear, we always sit next to great people and have the best conversations. Thank you so much for such an excellent meal and great conversations!

What an amazing dinner experience! We had the delight of dining with Chef Chris and Josh, and had such a fantastic time! The dishes are so flavorful and masterfully presented, but what really shines is the quality and choice of the fish. I have never had such incredible quality fish before. Some of these bites were absolutely life changing! I can't wait to come here again.

We had a really great time at Sushi by Sea. The staff, the host, and the chef were all extremely friendly from start to finish. We did the 6pm seating and did not feel rushed at all. Each dish was inventive, beautiful, and delicious! We will absolutely be back.

By far the best omakase experience I’ve ever done!! Chef Chris was amazing in his craft and Josh made sure that my boyfriend and I had a great first time experience. The food was exquisite- beautifully made and the portions were just right. We both left feeling full and satisfied. I can’t wait to go back in the spring/summer to see what changes Chef Chris brings to the menu!!!

From the hospitality to the quality of the fish, everything lines up perfectly. Chef Chris meticulously prepares every course using the best and freshest ingredients. This was our second time coming to sushi by sea, and I didn’t think it was possible, but they got even better than the first time. We had the opportunity to try their new seasonal menu and it was absolutely fantastic. We had such a good time. The food was delicious. It’s such a three dimensional experience between the taste, texture and the atmosphere of the environment that you’re eating in.
